1. In bottom of large bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons lime juice, ginger, salt, olive oil and 1 tablespoon minced cilantro; add 1 cup of whole cilantro leaves and lettuce; mix well.2. Arrange dressed greens evenly on platter. Distribute mango slices, chicken strips and avocado slices.
3. Drizzle remaining lime juice. Top with red onion slices. Serve immediately.
