1. Prepare 1 serving Kodiak Cakes (1 ¼ cup Kodiak cake mix, 1 cup milk, 1 egg) , stir to combine. Spray waffle iron with cooking spray. Fill iron with waffle batter and cook until golden brown. Cut 1 waffle into 3-4 pieces of toast sticks. *If preparing ahead, cool for 5 minutes and freeze in proper storage bag. 2. Mix yogurt and cinnamon. 3. Top waffle sticks with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey. Dip the waffle stick into the yogurt mixture and enjoy with fresh fruit.
